FLOIM shows up at the 18th NNT International Conference

Adama shows the capabilities of the Ion Implant Lithography technique, used in the FLOIM project, at the 18th Nanoimprint and Nanoprint Technologies International Conference

Adama has contributed with two presentations to the 18th International Conference on Nanoimprint and Nanoprint Technologies (NNT) 2019. Within the FLOIM project scope, an oral presentation on the latest developments in the DLC-based mold technology with ion implant lithography (IIL) technique achieved by Daniela Angione and a poster presentation on the development of fiber-optic based metrology for nano/microscale mould filling achieved by Majid Fazeli Jadidi, were presented.
