The main objective of the Workshop was to make visible the role of Spanish researchers / professionals and to promote female scientific vocations in the areas of Optics and Photonics. The event provided a forum for debate in the fight for gender equality.
The project coordinator, Nerea Otero, presented a general overview of her career as researcher and highlighted her role in FLOIM and communicate about the main objectives and research fields related to the project.
